As a Certified Nutrition Coach (CNC), I help you move away from the noise of restrictive dieting and toward nourishing your body for hormonal health and mental clarity. Whether you are navigating menopause or burnout recovery, we'll focus on evidence-based fueling and metabolic support that sustains your energy and keeps you feeling strong throughout the day.

Using my background as a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), we'll move beyond generic exercise to functional strength training for women. We'll prioritize muscle maintenance and lean mass preservation, which are essential for metabolic health and bone density as we age. I draw from a variety of proven modalities—including my work as a Certified HeartMath Practitioner—to focus on nervous system regulation and heart-rate variability (HRV). Whether we use biofeedback or other holistic stress management tools, you'll learn to navigate high-pressure career pivots or the physiological shifts of menopause without losing your peace.
